Financial Aid: Eligible students can use their entire SAU financial aid package (excluding work study grants) for one semester.

Program description

The Foundation for Liberal and Management Education (FLAME) in Pune is one of the only Liberal Arts institutions in India. FLAME students choose classes from one of four schools: the School of Business, School of Communication, School of Liberal Education, or the School of Performing Arts. FLAME strives to create a multidisciplinary academic environment that fosters students' holistic development. This program is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors.

How to apply

Application deadline - October 1
Step 1: Complete the online application.  
Step 2: Fill out a Liability Form. Upload the form into your online application or submit it to 313 Ambrose Hall.
Step 3. Submit your $500 application deposit to 313 Ambrose Hall (checks payable to St. Ambrose University).
Step 4: If your application is approved, follow the next steps for accepted students.

Payment deadlines and instructions

  • October 1: $500 deposit due.
    Turn in your deposit to the Study Abroad Office - 313 Ambrose Hall.
    Deposit checks should be made payable to St. Ambrose University.
  • December 20: final payment due.
    Submit your final payment to Student Accounts.
    Make checks payable to St. Ambrose University or pay online with credit card.
    Credit card users - Indicate that the payment is for the SPRING 2015 term.

Payment details

• The $500 deposit is refundable ONLY if you are not accepted.
• The $500 deposit is deducted from the total program cost.
• Credit card users will incur additional service fees.
• The final payment is non-refundable after December 20.
