Financial Aid: Eligible students can use their entire SAU financial aid package (excluding work study grants) for one semester.

Program description

Founded in 1970, the Technical University of Kaiserslautern is a research-oriented German university with a strong focus on science, technology and economics. It has a beautiful, mid-size campus located at the edge of the world-famous UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest. All departments offer state-of-the-art technology equipment and laboratories.

Program highlights

  • Kaiserslautern is conveniently located within two hours of Frankfurt and Heidelberg, and within three hours of the French border.
  • TU-Kaiserslautern offers a wide selection of business courses taught in English.
  • In a small community of 12,500 students, the university encourages close contact with professors.

How to apply

Complete the online application and submit your $500 application deposit to the Center for International Education by October 1.

  • Make checks payable to St. Ambrose University.
  • The application deposit is deducted from the total program cost.
  • If you are not accepted into the program, the application deposit is refundable.
  • If you are accepted, the application deposit is non-refundable after October 1.

Payment details

  • $500 application deposit due by October 1.
  • Remaining balance due by December 20.
  • Make checks payable to St. Ambrose University.
  • Please submit your final payment directly to Student Account Services by December 20.
  • The final payment is non-refundable after December 20.
