Study Shakespeare at the Globe Theatre in London with theatre and English professors. Or tour Celtic ruins by bike with Professor Scot Heisdorffer. Even learn about Latin American Women's Issues in Ecuador with Bea Jacobson.
At Ambrose, we believe each student should be exposed to new ways of looking at yourself and the world, and one of the best ways to this is by studying abroad. In the past few years, we've sent students to Australia, Austria, Ecuador, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Morocco, Netherlands, South Africa and Spain (and that's a shortened version of a longer list!).
Students may participate in Ambrose-sponsored programs in Ecuador, Ireland and England, or SAU-approved programs in almost any country in the world.
Our faculty also design short-term study abroad programs for students during winter intercession, spring break, and summer sessions. Students who plan to study abroad sometime during their college career should contact the International Education Office during their first year on campus to learn more about academic options, campus study abroad policies and financial aid opportunities.
