First-time Freshmen Admissions Process

If you're ready to take the next step toward a great education and an unforgettable college experience, apply for admission to St. Ambrose University.

If you apply online, we'll waive the $25 application fee. If you apply using a paper copy, please include a check for $25. Whichever method you use, you'll need to make sure to do the following:

• Request that your high school send transcripts of all your academic work to St. Ambrose.
• Arrange to have your ACT or SAT test scores sent to St. Ambrose. St. Ambrose's code is 1352.
• If you plan to live on campus, you'll also need to fill out a housing application. Housing applications are available after you are accepted. For more information please contact our Residential Life Office at 563/333-6258.
