Zumba goes all pink!

Class Schedule

All classes are in Hayes 114N unless otherwise noted.


12:00- 12:30 p.m.- Pilates
4:30-5:30 p.m. – Yoga. There are mats to borrow if you don't have one.
5:45-6:45 p.m. – Zumba

6:15-6:45 p.m. – Express Abs


12:00- 12:30 p.m.- Pilates>
4:30-5:30 p.m. – Yoga. There are mats to borrow if you don't have one.
5:45-6:45 p.m. – Zumba

4:00-5:00 p.m. – Bootcamp
6:00-6:30 p.m. – Express Abs

Noon-12:30 p.m. – Mindful Meditation. Optional: Bring a pillow or mat

Class Descriptions

Express Abs

This 30-minute class will provide you with exercises to help strengthen your core and define your abs.

Trim and Tone

Utilizing toning and strengthening exercises, and through the course of the semester, participants will work on increasing the number of repetitions of each exercise for stronger muscles!


Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is a great fitness class for all levels that incorporates salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, and hip-hop. No experience is necessary!


Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body's core - the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on.

Mindful Meditation

Meditation is an ancient practice of increasing awareness and focuses while lowering stress levels. This class allows you to take a pause from your hectic day to slow down and relax in a positive environment. *Participants may want to bring a mat or cushion to sit on*


Yoga is a relaxed-paced class that integrates breath work with various poses for a greater sense of balance and direction. No prior yoga experience is needed. *Please bring your mat*


Bootcamp class is a formatted circuit class. Bootcamp will work on your strength as well as your cardio all in an hour! You choose your intensity. No experience is necessary and is open to all levels of fitness!
