Important notice about your SAU email account

Dear Alumnus, 

We want to inform you of an upcoming change regarding your sau.edu email account.   
St. Ambrose University partners with Google for our email service.  Google announced that beginning this December, any account not used or signed into for at least two years may be deleted.  This includes content within Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet, Calendar) and Google Photos.
Google shared that this change is needed for security purposes as idle accounts are more likely to  be compromised.  After consultation with our IT department, the university plans to proceed with this guidance and end any idle accounts on Jan. 31, 2024 (if not already deleted by Google through their process).
According to our records, your account will be affected by this plan to strengthen security.  Please note that at this time we do not have an alternate email address for you on file.  We recommend that you take a moment to Update Your Information Here so you can continue to receive updates from St. Ambrose.
