3 Last day to apply for special exam/turn in experiential learning portfolio for possible credit toward December graduation
19 Midterm break—no classes/administrative offices open
22 Mid-semester—final date for completion of first half of the semester

NOVEMBER 2007
1 All Saints Day
2 Last day to drop a course and receive a grade of W instead of WP or WF
2 Last day to complete requirements for changing any I or X grades received during the last semester of enrollment
16 Last day to drop a class or withdraw from school
16 Last day to submit results of prior experiential learning assessment for possible credit toward December graduation
21-25 Thanksgiving vacation
26 Classes resume at 8 a.m.

3-9 Spring recess

20 Last day to drop a course and receive a grade of W instead of WP or WF
20 Holy Thursday, 3-4 p.m. Mass of the Lord's Supper (classes will not meet from 3-4 p.m.)
21 Good Friday and Vigil of Easter—no classes
24 Easter Monday—no day classes/evening classes meet and administrative offices open 

APRIL 2008
16 Last day to drop a class or withdraw from school
19 Last day to submit results of prior experiential learning assessment for possible credit toward spring graduation

MAY 2008
3-10 Evaluations
11 Commencement
19 Spring intersession begins
26 Memorial Day—no classes

JUNE 2008
6 Spring intercession ends
9 Regular day and evening session

Refund Schedule
100% refund=first 10 days of classes
50% refund=from 11th day of class thru the 20th day of class
0% refund from the 21st day of classes

This rule does not apply to ACCEL students. Contact the ACCEL office for refund schedule.

This rule does not apply if a student withdraws from all university classes. In that case, tuition will be prorated based on the number of days attended.

The refund schedule for the following academic year is subject to change based on federal guidelines.
