Join St. Ambrose University for a celebration of diversity and the legacy of Dr. Freeman Pollard, our first African American professor, at the Freeman Pollard Breakfast. The Freeman Pollard Minority Scholarship is an integral element in the ongoing development of a campus community that reflects the reality of a global society.

Maria Ontiveros, President of Mercado on Fifth, will provide the keynote address to help raise awareness and funds for the scholarship named in Dr. Pollard's honor.

You'll also hear from alumni and current students who will share how the Freeman Pollard Scholarship made their dreams of a college education a reality.
