The SAU Academic and Career Planning Office will help you identify and develop career goals, and show you how to apply your education and academic achievements to your professional goals.
We challenge all students and alumni to engage in a journey of personal awareness, and we offer many developmental, networking, and employment opportunities to support your growth and goals.
1st Destination Survey Results
Nearly 40% of employed students from this survey said they were offered full-time employment as a result of their internship.
The Academic and Career Planning Office offers workshops to teach you important skills such as how to search for internships, write a professional résumé, and more!

Looking for ways to connect with employers? We provide you with so many opportunities to do just that.
Our two signature events – The Quad Cities College Career Fair and the Health Sciences Career and Networking Fair – allow students to network with 80+ employers, a number that grows every year.
