Housing Contracts and Fees
Admitted First-Year Students
If you have paid or plan to pay an Enrollment Fee, you do not need pay an additional Housing Fee.
Your housing contract will be available in May (for a Fall start) and October (for a Spring start) in MyHousing.
Admitted Transfer, International, or Graduate Students
Submit a non-refundable Housing Fee ($150) for the term you plan to live on campus at SAU:

When you are ready to complete your contract, have your SAU Student ID and password ready. It was provided on the Admissions Counselor letter in your admitted student welcome folder.

Request a Roommate
If you are an admitted NEW student that would like to request CURRENT/RETURNING students as roommates, please send a detailed email of your roommate request to reslife@sau.edu.
