St. Ambrose sophomore Ali Dolphin was named the Midwest Collegiate
Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week on Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Coming off a successful 2007-08 season, the St. Ambrose Queen Bees
women’s basketball team got off to a good start in 08-09, defeating St.
Gregory’s University and McKendree University in the MidAmerica Classic held in
Olathe, Kansas.
