karenAs the Manager of Graduate Admissions, my primary function is to work closely with the Program Directors to market the programs, recruit new students, serve as a liaison and advisor for programs participants, enhance student retention and alumni relations, and help develop measures of program effectiveness.

Part of this job is attending events to represent St. Ambrose University and our graduate programs. Some of the events we had earlier this year were:

Feb 2 – Executive Club - Chamber Event
Feb 6 – STAMATS Graduate Marketing Conference
Mar 7 – AFP Conference -Vendor Fair
Mar 15 – Quad Cities Young Professional Event
March 21 – Augustana Multicultural Club Panel
Mar 28 – Veterans Conference and Fair
Mar 28 – IWLC Quad Cities Conference - Fair and Athena Awards Banquet

I hope that you'll join us at one of these future events or invite a friend interested in a graduate degree:
Apr 25 – Cedar Rapids Info Session on SAU
May 1 – John Deere Employee Development Day
May – QCA Info Session on SAU (TBD)

If graduate programs are interested in meeting with me to discuss their marketing and recruitment, I can be contacted at EdenKaren@sau.edu.
