Professor
Dr. Kaiser teaches courses related to forensic psychology, adult clinical psychology, and statistics. Currently he consults with the Scott County Sheriff's jail facility (Programs Department) on outcomes that include reducing recidivism.
Dr. Kaiser also consults with the University's Accessibility Resource Center Office. Additionally, he is past Chair of the Iowa Developmental Disabilities Council. Dr. Kaiser received the Iowa Governor's Volunteer of Year Award in 2009.
