Graduates Treated To Free Commencement Day Brunch

04/25/2018

When 2018 Student Government Association President Matthew Mahoney approached Steve Finn with an idea, the general manager of Sodexo Campus Services at St. Ambrose couldn't help but say, "Yes."

Why not treat graduates to a free brunch on the day of their commencement?

On May 12, following the annual 9 a.m. Commencement Mass in Christ the King Chapel, Sodexo will treat all interested members of the Spring 2018 graduating class to a free brunch in the Rogalski Center Ballroom.

"It's a really great idea," Finn said. "Our graduates have invested a great deal of time, effort and expense in their education. Most have been great supporters of our cafeteria and good friends to our staff."

Family members and guests, as well as faculty and staff , will be asked to pay a nominal fee for the delicious buffet featuring scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, french toast, bacon, ham, assorted pastries, fruit, coffee, tea and assorted juices.

Advance reservations are required for anyone who plans to attend.
