Judy's specialty is in teaching piano, both group and private instruction. She also teaches Music Theory.

  • Charter member of "Digital Dames" piano ensemble performing at local, state and national conferences
  • Selected by Yamaha Corporation to launch their "Say Yes to Music" after-school group piano program in Quad Cities
  • Currently serving as Vice President of Iowa Federation of Music Clubs, Treasurer of Iowa Music Teachers Conference 2015, Treasurer of Federated Music Teachers Association, Iowa Federation of Music Clubs Bylaws Revision Committee, Federated Music Teachers Association Special Events Co-Chair, Pleyel Double-Grand Piano Restoration Project Committee
  • Adjudicator for various piano events and competitions throughout the Midwest and in Canada
  • Yamaha keyboard instructor on board Crystal Cruises
  • Owner of independent piano studio in Quad Cities
  • Co-founder of Quad City Music Teacher Association Monster Concerts

  • Successfully reinstated Quad City Music Teachers Association to 501(c)3 non-profit status
