Reverend Grant teaches Environmental Theology, especially from a Thomistic perspective in the Roman Catholic tradition, but also philosophy (esp. Kant and Aristotle). He also teaches Historical Theology, especially IV Century, west, with an emphasis of St. Ambrose of Milan.
Reverend Grant is also the director of the Academy for the Study of St. Ambrose of Milan Sacramental Minister, St. Andrew's Parish, Blue Grass, Iowa.
