Wellness and Recreation

Wellness and Recreation

SAU Wellness and Recreation promotes and coordinates campus-wide intramural (competitive and recreational) sports, as well as club sports, fitness, and wellness services for all students.

Events and programs enhance skills, foster life-long friendships, and teach the understanding of true sportsmanship while promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Student ID Policy

All participants must bring a valid SAU ID card to every activity and to enter the Wellness and Recreation Center.
