During finals week this year, the student-directed one acts will once again be performed in the Studio Theatre.
This semester, students in Cory Johnson's Dramatic Literature class wrote plays and submitted them to the Quad City Theatre Workshop's 3rd Annual Susan Glaspell Playwriting Festival.
With a total run of seven performances of "Honk Jr." over just five days, cast members endured a hectic week. This included five performances to hundreds of energetic elementary and middle school kids.
On Nov. 8, 100 audience members poured into the cabaret setting on the Allaert Auditorium stage, which was filled with tables, chairs, drinks, and haze to set the mood.
The Theatre Appreciation Club (TAC) held three fundraisers this semester to help pay for its first major group trip – to Chicago!
