How to request your transcripts or diploma

Requesting your diploma from St. Ambrose University is a key step in celebrating your academic achievements. Our dedicated alumni services team is here to assist you in this important milestone.

Request my transcripts
  • Go to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
  • Fill out the required information. 
  • Confirm the delivery method (electronic or mail).
  • Submit the form and follow any payment instructions if applicable.
  • NOTE: If you attended prior to 1987, please contact the Office of the Registrar
Request your diploma
  • Email the Registrar’s Office at registrar@sau.edu
  • Structure your subject line as “Diploma request -[your name] - [graduation year]”
  • The Registrar’s Office will provide additional details upon receipt of your request
