O'Rourke Master of Public Health Endowed Scholarship details
The Joseph R. '72 and Joyce O'Rourke Master of Public Health Endowed Scholarship is available to students enrolled in the Master of Public Health program. This award is available to first year MPH students.
Student eligibility and enrollment requirements:
- First-year enrollment in SAU’s Master of Public Health program (part-time or full-time)
- Completion of a Bachelor degree
- Accelerated degree (3+2) students must obtain their Bachelor degree to be eligible
Multiple students each year are selected for the Joseph R. '72 and Joyce O'Rourke Master of Public Health Endowed Scholarship. A committee of MPH faculty reviews applications for this award.
The Joseph R. '72 and Joyce O'Rourke Master of Public Health Endowed Scholarship is disbursed following a straightforward process:
- The Master of Public Health Department shares a list of recipients with Financial Services.
- Disbursement occurs at the beginning of each year.
- Funds are directly credited to your account and applied toward tuition.
